Inlet hsa cast vane to improve flow into impeller eye. STUFFING BOX The standard stuffing box arrangement includes with lantern ring incorporating internal flushing, The stuffing box can be connected for external liquid flush. BEARING HOUSING Only three sizes of bearing housings are required for the whole pump range which gives high interchangeability of parts across the entire range. BEARINGS Heavy duty bearings are fitted, which can be lubricated with grease or oil engine. SHAFT The stainless steel shafts are scaled at the impeller by means of dome type locking nut. IMPELLER Impellers are of enclosed design. Statically balanced and renewable wear rings reduce losses affecting performance and pump life. SHAFT SLEEVE Replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeve is of substantial benefit when pump requires maintenance. Any damage under gland packing can be promptly replanced . WEAR RINGS Replaceable wear rings are fitted to all casings and also to back plates on large sizes which give the savings of maintenace cost and time. SEALING Fitted with removable sleeve, lantern ring and square plaited packing. Mechanical seal is provided as an option with carbon / ceramic faces and buna elastomers as standard. SUPPORT FOOT A removable cupport foot is fitted at the drive end for greater rigidity and ease of maintenace.
