This machine is used to clean foreign objects off from the surface of a plastic lens that is used before performing multi coating. When a lens basket is loaded on the conveyor for cleaning by alkaline detergent, it passes R/O & D/I rinsing process for further cleaning, and is hot-air dried to pass the conveyor for to finalize the drying process. =>As only the basket is in the cleaning chamber, the size of the tank is relatively small. =>With no other foreign object in the tank, it guarantees optimal cleaning effects. =>The volume for cleaning agents and their usage, and the pump and heater has diminished by 30% compared to other comparable devices. =>As the drive mechanism is not exposed, cleaning work does not produce dust or other foreign objects. =>Having wide working space under the tank, it allows for easy repairs and cleaning of the pipes. =>With the ultrasonic oscillating mechanism being a prefab type, its allows for an easy cleaning of the tank and consumes minimum cleaning agents. =>The employment of the servo motor drive facilitates the adjustment of the vertical movement of the product during its cleaning process. =>It has the minimized length of the conveyor for hot air drying to minimize the space required for the installation of the device.
